Ejon Y6 is a versatile bending machine that truly realizes precise slotting and bending of various materials such as aluminum plate, stainless steel and galvanized plate. It is widely used in Advertising Company for 3D neon signs, shop logo, advertising letters making. FEEDING STRUCTURE

Roller continuous feeding mode, fast response, stable feeding.

The feeding support adopts integral casting structure, the air pressure can be adjusted according to the material thickness to avoid indentitation and sliding of material, the feeding stability is guaranteed.

SLOTTING STRUCTURE

High strength alloy cutters are used for slotting knifes, each knife has 8 angles, no need to sharpen just turn the edges, prolong the service life while greatly improving the processing efficiency.

BENDING SYSTEM

Double blades alternate bending structure is cast integrally by ductile iron, has good shock absorption and high structural strength due to the reduction of the number of parts and components.

ENCODER

The encoder adopts the casting structure, effectively improves the stability and durability without deformation for a long time. The detection system combined with the encoder and software can detect the feeding accuracy in real time and ensure the accuracy within ±0.1mm.

SERVO MOTOR

The slotting and bending system adopt 750W high-power servo motor which realized accurate positioning, fast response, stable operation, and effectively improve the system's rapidity and stability.

Computer

To use the device, you need to install the control card in your computer and then connect to the bending machine and install the software.Computer configuration : XP system or window7 32-bit system, and requires a PCI card slot to install the control card.

Pump

The use of equipment should be equipped with air compressor, we suggest that the selection of more than 4kw, the gas flow is 0.6m³/Min.

File Format

The software of bending machine is self-developed. Import file format supports .Dxf.Plt .AI We recommend using Coredraw or adobe illustrator to complete the file after the export file to.Dxf.Plt.Ai format. Then open the operating software, select the document.
